The BeVisioneers Fellowship has been a transformative chapter in my life. From the early prototypes of Eco Tile to developing a smart technology venture through Nexora, the journey has taught me adaptability, resilience, and the power of purpose-driven innovation. The Reginal Summit, Global summit and Banglore Local Hub served as powerful reminders of what’s possible when young changemakers are given the tools and support to lead. This experience has equipped me with the mindset, skills, and global network to continue building sustainable and smart solutions for the future.

Mercedes-Benz Fellowship | To Bring Planet - Positive Ideas To Life
In 2024, I was honored to be selected as a Fellow in the BeVisioneers Fellowship, a prestigious global initiative by Mercedes-Benz that empowers young innovators to develop sustainable, planet-positive solutions. Being part of this program allowed me to grow as a changemaker through a year-long hybrid journey combining leadership development, venture creation, expert mentorship, and global peer collaboration.
Projects Journey
I began my fellowship journey with Eco Tile, a concept to create smart flooring that harnesses kinetic energy from footsteps to power low-energy devices. The goal was to reimagine high-footfall spaces as micro power generators, offering an innovative clean energy alternative in urban settings. While the idea gained initial traction, further development revealed key limitations related to technical feasibility, cost-efficiency, and intellectual property concerns.
Recognizing the need to pivot, I shifted focus and started Nexora — a technology-driven venture dedicated to connecting devices and enabling smart environments through Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
Nexora aims to connect devices and environments using Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to make systems smarter, more efficient, and sustainable. It provides modular and customized IoT systems for smart homes, educational campuses, small businesses, and industrial use cases — enabling automation, monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
This shift marked a significant leap in the maturity and potential impact of my innovation.
Regional Summit – Bangalore, India
The BeVisioneers Regional Summit held in Bangalore brought together South Asian fellows for a three-day immersive experience. It was a vibrant space filled with learning, collaboration, and growth.
At the summit, I:
Networked with passionate changemakers and shared sustainability-driven solutions
Engaged in deep reflection sessions, moments of laughter, and community bonding
This summit helped me validate my new project direction and gave me deeper clarity on the intersection of sustainability and technology.
Global Summit – Stuttgart, Germany
The Global Summit in Stuttgart, BeVisioneers team, was the pinnacle of the fellowship journey. Gathering fellows from around the world, this summit offered an extraordinary global platf
orm to learn, showcase, and collaborate.

The Global summit was not just an event — it was a milestone that validated my purpose and future as a changemaker. The experience of being in a global cohort reminded me that sustainability is a collective journey — and innovation knows no borders.
